All about ducks in Chinese culture, whatever I come across duckwise. Bref, le culte du canard.

So far, all I can say is that Chinese love to eat ducks. The head is a big delicacy, you can find it on the streets as much as in restaurants, whole or sliced I am told. It also figures in Chinese pottery artefacts, but I have yet to understand if it symbolises anything. I shall enquire.

In the meantime, here are some pictures.
